RIE CEE is basically a common entrance test which is taken for the purpose of admitting candidates to the B.Ed programs in various Regional Institutes of Education located at different regions in India. It also crucially seeks to determine a candidate’s fitness to enroll and study B.Ed and in extension, becoming a teacher.
The RIE CEE is one of the national level exam which is held once in a year. The exam evaluates the candidates on their alertness, intelligence, attitude to teaching profession and language mastery through multiple choice questions. Originally, some seats are also reserved for the candidates belonging to reserved categories. The programs offered at the RIEs being 2-year B.Ed programs, candidates are offered admission depending on the scores obtained and the availability of seats.

1. Enter the official website of RIE, search for a link directing to the CEE application.
2. Make Login-ID & password , fill up the online form
3. Scan and upload photo, signature etc on the given space.
4. Pay application fees through Online mode
5. Download and take the print of the filled form and the fee receipt
6. The candidates desiring to send printed documents to RIE should do so by registered speed post before the last date.

2. To access the online registration link for the Common Entrance Exam (CEE), please click this link here.
3. Choose the program/certificate for which the applicant wants to sit for (Engineering, Architecture, Medical, etc.).
4. A user signed up with the basic profile that includes the name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc in order to get the login ID and password.
5. After creating a new account or log in with username and password, complete the online application form.
6. Scan photograph, signature, and important certificates necessary for application as per the prescribed format.
7. Pay for the application through online payment method (Net banking/Debit card/Credit card)
8. Complete the RIE CEE application form and submit it on the RIE website for review.
9. Take a print of confirmation page and note down application number for future use.
10. After it admit card is issued download it using your application number and password.
