The JELET exam is a state level entrance exam conducted by the Jammu University for admission into the lateral entry engineering courses available in the various affiliated universities, colleges and institutions of the Jammu & Kashmir state. 1. WBJEEB has an official website where you can find all the information you need wbjeeb.nic.in.
2. On the JELET 2024 official website, navigate to the home page and click on ‘JELET 2024 Registration’.
3. An option will be provided to register and you will be redirected to the registration portal. Next, go to the ‘Candidate Login’ tab, then, ‘New Candidate Registration’.
4. Fill all the fields compulsorily such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID etc. to create your log in credentials.
5. Make sure you have entered the correct mobile number and email id while registering with the site.
6. Navigate to the login page where you input your system generated Application No. and password.
7. A candidate must complete JELET 2024 application form and fill in all necessary details such as personal details, academic details and contact details.
8. Place your recent photograph and signature in the given format and scan them to upload.
9. Choose the examination zone/centre of your choice.
10. In order to pay the application fee use the online payment gateways such as Credit card, Debit card or Net banking etc.
- Domicile certificate: Needed to prove state admissibility for some of them.
- Age proof: Photocopy of Aadhar card, PAN card, 10th certificate etc. showing that the candidate belongs to the required age bar i.e. 28 years.
- Passport size photos: 4-6 recent passport size photographs are also necessary.
- Identification document: PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License or any other Government issued ID proof.
- Application fees: Most of the times we require to deposit the application fees either online or through a challan. Keep a copy.
